Journaling Prompts For Anxiety: Self Care
2020 has been an unprecedented year, to say the least. To help me maintain peace of mind during this time, I’ve been using self-care journaling prompts for anxiety.
Journaling helps me unload my thoughts onto a page and invites positive thoughts. It helps me plan and create a life that I love.
Filled with inspiring journal entry ideas from the start, it begins by saying “Within you is the power to live the life of your dreams”
I read that as an invitation to explore the possibility of that statement. There’s a page called “my life list: what I want to achieve”, which helps with journaling prompts for mental health.
There’s also a section to write something for each day of the week.
Plus, every month in the planner, there are gratitude prompts and sections for what you pray for and promise to do. And to top it all off, at the bottom of each page is an empowering quote to motivate you.
Quotes like ”today I rise to show my loved ones how much they mean to me” and ”today I rise to recognise the beauty in my surroundings” are printed in the journals.
I absolutely love the Blessings Daily Planner journal! So, I reached out to the owners, Cristalina and Tracey, to get to know them and their company a bit more.
About I Rise Inspires: Journaling For Anxiety
I Rise Inspires was founded in 2005 by two phenomenal English teachers, Cristalina Fernandes and Tracey Marquis. These amazing women developed Black History Month resources for schools. They were then inspired to create their range of inspirational products.
I Rise Inspires range of planners and motivational gifts reflect the beauty and brilliance of black people. They felt this was not often presented in diaries, cards, and journals. As teachers, they always used an annual planner but never saw one that represented who they were. So, they started designing their own.
I Rise Inspires best-selling product is the Any Day Inspirational Planner. It’s designed for you to start it on any day of the year. Not just on New Year’s Day, because every day is an opportunity to start afresh.
Their latest product is the I Rise to Teach Planner for educators. They’re also re-releasing the Born To Be Great Inspirational Planner, for teenagers.
I Rise Inspires founder’s biggest business challenge has been juggling full-time jobs as teachers, alongside running their business.
It’s hard making time for the two, but somehow, they manage! They love to be creative and their business allows them to do this.
Cristalina & Tracy have been super generous by donating THREE Blessings Daily Planners to our competition for the MamMaw customers.
So, THREE fortunate people will get the opportunity to win this wonderful prize, just by answering this question:
Which year did I Rise Inspires start?
Email your answers to firstname.lastname@example.org and the winner will be announced on 5th December 2020 via email.
