If you have still not received a confirmation email after checking your junk/spam folder then login to your account to check the status of your order.
If you did not create an account please contact us to make sure your order went through successfully.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to change your order. In this case you may wish to refer to our returns policy.
Debit/Credit Cards
When you pay using PayPal you can also use your debit/credit card, even if you don’t have a PayPal account (and you won’t be required to create one).
Once we receive your request to return an item we will process it and let you know what to do next. If your request is accepted you will be provided further information on how to proceed.
