Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and will issue a refund or exchange if the items have a manufacturing fault. If you simply do not want your purchased item anymore we would be happy to exchange it for you if the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returns requests must be made within 14 working days from the receipt of your item for a refund or exchange. We will refund or cover shipping costs for goods received with manufacturing defects but it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping where the reason is a change of mind.

We cannot accept the return of used items.
