Welcome to this week's African Lifestyle Blog UK, where we're diving into how the power of sisterhood can bring dreams to reality. I'm excited to share with you the 10th-year celebration of the In-print Exhibition series by my dear friend Shiri Achu. Shiri and I go way back and have spent many long nights around her kitchen table, exchanging ideas and supporting each other's businesses - mine, a fashion brand called, and Shiri, a talented artist creating beautiful artwork.

It was during one of these late-night brainstorming sessions that Shiri came up with the idea to offer her original paintings in print form and display them in every major city across the world. It was a simple yet bold idea, and just like that, the In-Print Exhibitions were born.

I was there to witness the birth of this idea and was proud to support her in delivering the very first In-Print exhibition ten years ago at the Strand in London. It was a beautiful display of her original paintings in print form, and people loved it.

Over the years, Shiri has taken the In-Print Exhibitions to nine cities worldwide, including Washington DC, Australia, and Jamaica. Each exhibition was a unique and immersive experience, and people came from far and wide to admire Shiri's art.

This year, Shiri is celebrating the 10th year anniversary of the In-Print series virtually for the first time, and I couldn't be more excited. Because of the pandemic, Shiri Achu Art is pivoting to a virtual exhibition called 41 In-Print Worldwide, and anyone can attend for free.

Usually, Shiri would travel to different countries for each exhibition, but this year, the exhibition will air at 7 pm daily from Sunday 2nd May to Sunday 9th May 2020, on the Shiri Ach Art Youtube page. It's a great opportunity to see her original art exhibition posters, original prints, and other original art for sale online from the comfort of your own home.

I believe sisterhood can be a magical experience because it helped to birth our entrepreneurial ideas. Sitting around Shiri's kitchen table, we gave each other the push and support we both needed to manifest our dreams into reality. And now, ten years on, Shiri Ach presents 41 In-Print Worldwide, a virtual art exhibition to celebrate the 10th year anniversary of the In-print Exhibition series. It's amazing to see how far she has come, and I feel honoured to have been a part of her journey from the very beginning.

Don't forget to check out Shiri Achu's website to learn more about her work, and be sure to catch the 41 In-Print Worldwide exhibition And watch our Sisterhood Video too.
